Catering Cancellation, Refund and Return Policy
Catering Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to all catering orders fulfilled by KD Market.

$15 Cancellation and processing fee will be added to every cancelled order.

An order may be cancelled with no charges up to four (4) full business days prior to the order pick up date.

Cancellation of order made less than three (3) full business days prior to the event will be charged 50% of the full catering order price.

Cancellation of order made less than (1) full business day or on catering order pick up date are not refundable and will be charged 100% of the full catering order price.
Catering Refund and Return Policy
This policy applies to all catering orders fulfilled by KD Market.
Customers must submit a refund or return request within three (3) business days from the date of receiving their catering order to be eligible for a refund or adjustment.
Refunds may be issued in the following cases:
• The customer received incorrect products in their order.
• One or more items were missing from the order.
For quality-related issues, customers must notify KD Market within three (3) business days of receiving their order by either:
• Sending an email to info@mykdmarket.com (photos or documentation may be attached), or
• Calling 847-233-0770 ext. 5 and leaving a detailed message. A KD Market representative will contact the customer for follow-up.
After this period, refunds, replacements, or adjustments will not be processed, and KD Market will assume the order was received in satisfactory condition.
Please note that because catering items are prepared to order and perishable, returns are not accepted once the order has been delivered or picked up, unless the above conditions apply.
KD Market reserves the right to review and verify all claims before issuing any refund or adjustment.
