We are proud to announce the KD Market Scholarship, created to honor students of Polish heritage who have demonstrated extraordinary achievements in sports, academics, or the arts. This scholarship celebrates individuals who exemplify excellence through their athletic accomplishments, academic success, or creative talents, and who continue to uphold the values of dedication and hard work.

KD Market will be issuing one (1) $3,000 (three thousand US dollars), two (2) $2,000 (two thousand US dollars) and three $1,000 (one thousand US dollars) awards.

The award recipients will be selected by KD Market Scholarship Committee. Disbursement of the awards will be issued to the Recipients (or the Parent or Legal Guardian of the recipient, if under 18 years of age) during the POLONIADA Family Picnic- Sunday, June 8th, 2025 in person. More details will be available on our Facebook page and website.

NOTE: Winners must be present to claim the Award!

Eligibility and Selection Criteria for Consideration:
1. Applicant must be of Polish Descent
2. Applicant must be minimum 13 years old, and not older than a High School Senior
3. Applicant must be able to prove his/hers accomplishments in
Academics/Athletics/Sports/Arts

Individuals desiring to apply for the award must complete the section below and provide requested information listed on Page 3. Completed responses must be returned to KD Market corporate office located at 1046 S. Elmhurst Rd. Mount Prospect, IL 60056, or emailed to scholarship@mykdmarket.com, no later than Sunday, April 27th, 2025. (For the mailed in forms, only post-stamped before the deadline will be considered). Winners will be notified by e-mail at least two (2) weeks before the event.
